Quality Assurance Quality
Assurance or Q.A. is the application of a Quality Management System
that complies to an internationally recognised standard (AS/NZS ISO
: 9002).
Q.A. certification is achieved by documenting the companies' systems and procedures to demonstrate that the methods we use ensure that the products we produce meet quality expectation demanded. These systems and procedures are audited by an external third party twice each year to ensure their correct application and our adherence to the standard.
