Printnet look to develop a genuine partnership with clients to the mutual benefit of both parties. Monthly account review meetings are held with client representatives to review KPI’s proactively identify any significant issues and drive the Printnet process for continuous improvement.

Comprehensive Management Information and Consolidated Billing
Printnet provides the customer with one consolidated invoice for all work produced during the operating period. The invoice is supported by comprehensive transaction reports for charge-back to end user cost centers. Printnet uses a management reporting system that is purpose built to meet the reporting requirements of the facilities we manage. This system is open and flexible enough to accommodate virtually any client’s specific requirements, IT platform and accounting package.
A monthly management report is prepared with charts depicting operational trends, customer satisfaction levels, performance consistency and critical incident tracking. These reports are reviewed at regular account review meetings and help drive process improvement systems.
